For example, I can easily be consumed by the idea of a painting. On the other hand, I can easily focus on the idea of a painting and forget that I am even working on it.
The most important thing to do in this process of thinking about art is to be aware of what you are thinking about. This can also help you focus on your work as well. In other words, you can be aware of what you are thinking about and not let it distract you from your work. And this is key when you are in the studio, as well.

If you’re a parent, you know that your child is always making art, and you’re always wondering what he’s doing. It’s because you know something about art that you know when your kid’s making art that you know that he is having fun. You do this by asking him questions about painting, he’s going to tell you he’s making art, and when he’s finished you’ll know it’s because he’s having fun making art.
The art festival had a lot of people showing up with their kids, and we had a lot of conversations about art and the art festival. One of the things we learned is that we could really use this festival to help us with our parenting. For example, we were talking about how we love our daughter, but weve been told before by our friends that our daughter is too much of a “wonderful” child to be “good” at arts.
