This is a martial arts workout that I use to build my mind, body, and soul. Many people are scared to try it because they are afraid of injury. However, this form of self-defense is not just for your mind. It is a powerful training for your body, too. It strengthens the entire nervous system.

Every scene in Kung Fu is about using one of the many different choke holds and how the fight plays out.
The kung fu film Kung Fu is a great example of how a combat scene can be used in a martial arts film. It shows the very best of kung fu. It also shows how it can be done in a game.
