The real question here is, “is it cool?” Is it cool to shop in an arts district? Is it cool to eat in a arts district? Is it cool to be a resident of an arts district? The answer is no, it’s not. I’m not even sure if it’s cool to be an arts district resident. It’s like buying nice things is cool to me.
Im sure that a lot of the arts district residents are really happy. So if you love the arts, and you are a resident of the arts district, just imagine what that would feel like.
