It sounds like there is a good reason why you should get the new house. It doesn’t have to be a property. No, its just a place to put your old clothes. I’ve been in real estate agent training programs for over 15 years, and I can tell you that agents in training are far less likely to lie to you than real estate agents are. They are more likely to be honest with you, and they often know the state of the market and the market’s laws far better than you do. The reason why real estate agents are bad at selling houses is because they rarely have any understanding of what the current market is like.
Agents in training are often the same as real estate agents. They are not allowed to work with real estate agents.
