This past week, I’ve learned a lot from my colleagues, friends, and clients, and I’ve come to realize that my thoughts and ideas don’t always line up. Sometimes I have more confidence in my ideas, but sometimes I’m still not sure if I should go with the flow and try to make it work. Sometimes I’m still unsure about going to the next step or how to implement a new idea.
Ive learned that this happens more often than not, and that it is because we are not listening to each other. That we can get stuck in our own thoughts, emotions, and ideas that have no foundation in reality.
This is one of the reasons that I think that consensus business groups are a good way to make new ideas become reality. I think they can solve a lot of problems without having to change anything about the direction that you are going. They can help you build the right team, make you more productive, and help you get your ideas off the ground. But before you go rushing to get consensus to make your ideas happen, you have to give it some thought.
One of the things that consensus business groups can do is to help you think through the best way to approach problems. One way to do that is to identify what really needs to be done, and then make a list of action items. For example, a large group of people can tackle a very interesting problem with a consensus-based plan. By doing so, they are helping themselves to the best result, without a lot of work.

So if you are not a part of the group, you are constantly reminded to be part of it. This can be very frustrating because you are not given structure to get things done.
The consensus business group is made up of three people: The CEO, the President, and the Treasurer. Each of the three have a different type of leadership. The CEO is always the boss, so you will never get the chance to step back and say, “Hey, I realize that I can’t be the one to make this call because the President is busy.” It’s like this every time.
