A simple way to remember the three levels of self-awareness is to look at your brain’s center and see if you can see how it’s connected to your physical body. The more you know about your body’s center, the more you know about your mind. You’ll find the connection most obvious in your eyes, but your mind is connected to your body all the way down to cellular level.
To know what you’re thinking, you have to know what you see and hear, and you can see that the connection between the two is in the form of light. When we look at light we see the tiny dots that make up the picture of a photo-real image. We can only see the little dots because they’re in our eyes, but without them we can’t see anything at all.
