If you have one of these apps installed, you can send an email to it (or another person) telling it to save their information and automatically solve their problem. It’s not a perfect solution, as this app requires you to enter an email address and password, but it is a very useful extension of your business’s business tool set.
One of Avaya’s apps is called My Business Manager. It lets you manage your business information in one place, and it does so automatically, and with a couple of minutes of your time. If you have a problem, just send an email to their business team and they’ll take care of it.
I’d be more worried about a business solution for Avaya than of a business solution for Avaya. Its the best way to get a business solution up and running, and it’s also the best way to get your business to be up and running.
