This is the next best thing to traveling to Europe. With all of the amazing cultural sites, it is easy to miss them if you are not paying attention or if you haven’t been to a specific city in a long time. One of the best things I have ever done was to visit my beloved hometown of Anchorage, AK. I was there for a week and it was so worth it.
Akkadians art is one of the most unique and interesting things I have ever tried to do. I can’t speak to the quality of the art, but the thought and skill behind it is something I am very proud of. For those of you who are not familiar with the term, it simply means “people who live in Alaska”. They are more of a cultural movement than a genre.
This is a movement that has been going on for decades, but has recently turned into a cultural phenomenon. It started in Alaska, but has since spread across the country and beyond. The idea is that in Alaska, the state’s people are generally more open minded, accepting, and accepting of their surroundings and lifestyles than the rest of the country. To a large extent, this has made Alaska a much better place and one of the most culturally diverse places in the United States.

AKA is a state that is beautiful, wild, and filled with talent and creativity. The artist community seems to be the only place where it’s possible to be creative at the same time as you’re working. AKA is also a place where people can make art that is not just about work but a means of expressing themselves.
I have to say, I think I’m going to miss AKA. I love watching people making art, and I love watching people having a good time, but I’ve been there a couple of times and really haven’t found a place that’s as welcoming or as exciting as AKA.
As a kid, I loved the arts and was really lucky to get to see a lot of it. As I got older, I had to make a choice between the arts and work. I grew to love the arts more and more. I went to art colleges, but I wasn’t able to finish my degrees and I was not able to find a job that gave me the opportunity to teach.
I am glad that we do have a place called AKA that is a “safe space” for creatives. I used to be a graphic designer, but Ive developed a passion for film and video games. I just got a job working for a videogame company that I love. I also love my son, my husband, and my sister. I hope to make some more of my art work that I can share with them through film and video.
