I have been a big advocate of the Wmu business advising model. I believe a company should be more than just a business. It should be a place for people to grow and develop themselves. I have seen this happen many times in life. I have also seen a company become successful and the employees leave the company because they cannot find work in their industry. I believe the same thing happens.
