I think it’s just one more example of how the human body is constantly in motion. When people are trying to learn new movements, they tend to learn it in a very regimented way. They often break the same movements over and over again in an attempt to learn them. I think that’s why you see so many people dancing in the same way. Because it’s a ritual that they’re participating in.
The same goes for people who are trying to learn new skills, such as martial arts or dance. The reason they keep going back to what they are good at is because it is a common way to gain new skills that works very well for them. I personally like to go to the gym a lot, but I don’t do martial arts or dance. I don’t like the idea of going to a dance studio or doing martial arts on stage. It feels like I’m performing.
