The fact that she’s from the future, where you can’t use the wrist lock, is a nice touch. Plus it sounds like the game does a nice job of making the characters seem real to you. And to be honest, I kind of love it.
The game’s story is a bit more than just an excuse to make Colts cousin a badass. The combat is very similar to the real life fighting games you see on TV. This is because its all about how well the game is designed to make you feel like you’re actually playing the game. It really is a great way to learn more about how the fights fit into the game. And because its all about the gameplay, having the actual fighting sequences in the game is really great.
The game is set in Hong Kong in the late 90’s. As such, the game is very much set in real life martial arts fighting games that have been made. In other words, it feels like a real life fighting game because its all about actual fighting. That may sound a bit weird, but it is the most realistic fighting game I have ever played.
