I am not a fan of art centers that are not galleries. I do not like the feeling of being stuck between two places, trying to decide which one to choose and wasting my time walking around. Yeah, I think this is one of the places that people get stuck in that no one else seems to have the answer for. I mean, I know if I was the one that hung up there, I would make a point to tell anyone who asked that I was 18, I was always a little too young for my age, and I thought my art was okay.
It is. The hang here art center is actually the place where you go if you’ve somehow forgotten that you once had a life. Or rather, you were a little too young for your age, and you decided to hang out with your (then) boyfriend, and he wanted to take you out for ice cream.
