I’m not a huge fan of art festivals because I don’t find the artists there to be any more interesting than the people there. Also, there is usually a lot of commercialism involved with it. Also, there is usually an overwhelming amount of noise. I think that’s why there’s not much art to be found at the Sono Art Festival. I do like the fact that there is a line.
We’re not talking about the Sono Art Festival here, but rather the Art Festival of Lights. It’s a biennale of contemporary art that’s held every year in Rome, Italy. It’s always free and open to the public, and is one of the most important cultural events in the country. Last year, the festival was very popular, and we couldn’t resist snapping it up by the truckload.
The art festival offers a variety of artworks, from works by local artists, to a variety of regional and international artists. In 2009, there were over 250 artists represented, and it still appears to be very popular.
The art festival also has a good selection of vendors. We went to a local “boutique” which was filled with different Italian wines, candies, and other delicious foods. The vendors here include a restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop, a grocery store, an art gallery, and a clothing store. Its pretty much the perfect place for a meal or just to catch up on some culture.
The only problem with this event is that they don’t allow cash transactions at the art galleries. I have heard of other festivals that don’t accept cash though, so it’s up to the vendor if they want to accept it. I think we’ll just have to keep our wallets and credit cards at home.
One of the festival vendors here is a little bit of a pain. They charge a 20% fee to take your credit cards (which they don’t take out anyway) and a 10% fee to take your debit cards (which they only accept at the festival). It will also cost you $2 per ticket to enter the museum, which is the least expensive place to see the art.
It’s a good thing they have something else in mind because the art is great in the museum. The best thing about it is the fact that you will be able to take photos of the art and share it on social media, so you can see it from different perspectives and make it your own.
The art will be on display during the Sono Arts Festival. In conjunction with the event, Sono is going to release a new line of cards and also will be giving free admission to the festival’s visitors. The festival will be taking place next year in Milan, Italy.
Sono Arts Festival will be taking place in Milan, Italy. The Milan art center of Sono will be offering free admission to visitors of the Sono Arts Festival.
While Sono Arts Festival is a free event, I think it’s important to note that the Sono art festival is different than other art festivals. We are looking to create a festival that will encourage visitors to think about the art that they see on the festival’s walls. This is partly through the inclusion of art by artists that we don’t typically see in festivals, but mostly through the art being a unique part of the festival, and not a part of the typical art display.
