The way serenity body arts works is that you paint or sculpt a picture of yourself. Then you set a timer for two hours and paint your picture. While you’re painting, you do whatever you normally do in your day. During that time, the paint will dry, and the picture will dry. By the time you’re done, you’ll have a really nice painting or sculpture that you can hang on your walls.
The only down side of serenity body art is that, as I mentioned above, you probably won’t be able to do it in a day. But that shouldn’t be a big problem because the serenity will be completely relaxing in the end. Also, there is a good chance that you can repeat the same painting with the same timing.
