There is a lot of emphasis placed on speed. The martial arts method of self-defense requires you to be very fast. You learn different stances, forms, and moves to be as effective as possible. This is where you learn how to apply pressure.
I think a lot of people use martial arts for a variety of different reasons. It’s a great way to increase your physical strength and endurance, it can be a way to increase your brain power to remember more complicated moves, and it can be used for a variety of different purposes. For me, it can be just as effective as a workout, because it can be very easy to learn how to do.

Well, I guess that explains why it’s so easy to become addicted to the game’s training system. It’s a great way to learn the moves, and I wish I had made more progress by focusing on it.
