The PNC Arts Center has a beautiful venue for concert performances throughout the year. The schedule below is an approximation and includes all the concerts that have taken place so far.
The first concert schedule was released in October, and it’s been so popular that it’s been put online. The schedule below covers the last 3 weeks of the year. The concerts are in a different order than the one in the schedule. It’s because the concert schedule was released in October, and the schedule will be released in March.
Its great to see that these concerts are being held throughout the year. It is especially awesome to see them in the spring, as its a time when concerts need less promotion. Its also a good time to see popular acts like the Dixie Chicks and the Modern Lovers at the same time.
The last time I went to a live concert, I was a little unsure about the lineup. I thought it would be the usual suspects: The Foo Fighters, the Killers, the Black Keys, etc. However, the concert schedule above is pretty much the same lineup as last year, except for the addition of the PNC Arts Center, a new concert venue in Asheville.
The PNC Arts Center is located in downtown Asheville, and was formerly known as the Blue Ridge Arts Center. Its debut was in June 2003, and was funded by the state of North Carolina. Its programming features many of the country’s top indie artists, and the venue hosts the Asheville Festival, an annual music festival of more than 100 musicians. The festival also includes a lot of food and fun.
The PNC Arts Center is a great place to catch a show, and the venue has expanded greatly over the years. They have a lot to offer in terms of food and entertainment, so you can do that while you wait for the show.
The PNC Arts Center is another great venue for music and arts, with plenty of food and activities. It’s in downtown Asheville, and the location is a short walk from the city’s historic, pedestrianized downtown.
In the words of the great John Coltrane, “I see a vision, I feel it, and I put it in action. It is a power greater than my will which makes it possible for me to do. I do it.” This is a quote that will bring tears to your eyes. No matter what you do with that power, it will always be yours.
I was in Asheville recently and saw a few old school concerts at PNC Arts Center. I was impressed with the quality of the music and the energy of the crowd. I loved seeing the old school folks up there doing what they love doing. I was surprised to see that the music was being played in an “open mic” format, as opposed to the more traditional live format. You would think that the music would have more of a “closed box” feel, but it didn’t.
While I’m not sure exactly what was going on there, it certainly did something that was different from what I expected from a concert venue. Concerts are traditionally a very “closed” experience, with the performers playing live shows in front of little closed-off audiences. I felt like it was a little too much like going to a restaurant to hear a concert.
