Well, I am sure you all have heard the saying, “It’s the way you fight.” For me, it all comes down to this. I believe there are three levels of self-awareness. Those who are aware of themselves are aware of their surroundings. They are aware of their body and what it is doing, and they are aware of their surroundings. This includes the people around them, the people they interact with, and the people they are interacting with.
What usually goes un-noticed is the fact that the people who are self-aware are also the people who get in the way. I am not talking about the “crazy person” type who is always in a fight with the other person. I am talking about the other two types of self-aware people.
The first type of self-aware person is the one who is aware of what the other self is doing. It’s the one who notices. They are always aware of what is going on around them and they are aware of themselves. They often have a sixth sense and can sense what is happening around them but they are always aware of what they are doing.
The second type of self-aware person is the one who is aware of who they are. Their awareness is of their actions. They are aware of themselves and what is going on around them. They are the ones who have a sixth sense.

Performance martial arts, or PRMA, is a style of martial arts that trains people to make their movements more fluid and more graceful. It focuses on technique, skill, and training. The goal is to make your movements smooth, graceful, and fluid, so you can do things with ease and grace, while performing your moves in a controlled and graceful way.
This is a common problem. We live in a world of infinite movement, but most people’s movements and strength are so constrained that they often lack the fluidity and grace that is essential to performing PRMA moves.
PRMA is the practice of martial arts, or physical body training. The practice of PRMA involves focusing on fluidity and grace, not strength. It is best reserved for people who are not already very strong, but who want to improve their movements and increase their strength.
PRMA is practiced in a wide variety of martial arts, including Aikido, Judo, Kung Fu, and Taekwondo. The basics are the same, but the nuances and styles differ widely between these martial arts. PRMA is a great way to introduce new martial arts to students who might not normally consider martial arts.
