The idea is to simply start by saying the first thing that comes to mind when you are driving. From there, think about anything that comes up in your mind in regards to the first thing that came to mind.
To do what I did, I would start by saying, “Wow. I don’t know if this is a good idea, but I saw that car yesterday.” Then I would think about the first thing that came to mind, and I would continue to think as though I were driving. As soon as you start to get stuck in your thoughts, you’re bound to get stuck in the middle of something and can’t get out.

Our brains are the reason we believe in Santa Claus and that there’s more to the world than meets the eye. The brain is the reason we can’t see the sun. Our brains create our beliefs, create our reality, create our sense of who we are, and ultimately create our self.
Now that we are on the subject of why our brains work the way they do, we should also consider how our beliefs and realities affect other people, and how the way we act affects the world around us. The way we carry ourselves, and the way we act, is the reason why we are who we are. The way we dress, the way we talk, and the way we act is what sets us apart from the rest of the world.
Mind yo business has always been a common topic of discussion, and we should all be aware that even in the most enlightened times, those with brains have a tendency to have a lot of self-awareness.
