I think one of the best ways to find this kind of person is through the arts. In my own hometown, the theater department is a very small department. The directors and performers make up the bulk of the departments, but it’s a small community. You can join the department of the theater department, and it will take you to a whole bunch of amazing places.
In our home town, the theater department has three directors responsible for making plays, one director responsible for getting the plays produced, and the other director responsible for running the theater. I think it’s a fantastic way for people to express themselves and share their ideas, as well as, if you’re lucky, make a living doing something creative.
