I recently worked as a meat shop manager for a national meat company. My job was to make sure every single meat shop had a successful, profitable, and efficient business plan in place. We had to make sure we were creating the culture and the culture had to be profitable. To do this, we had to make sure we weren’t just selling the burgers, but that we were also making it a priority to sell the best quality of meat, all the way through to our customers.
Meat shop workers are required to be on call 24 hours a day to ensure that they are not on deadline, and most of them are out of the office for between 90-120 hours a month, so the business plan’s focus is on being profitable and efficient. This is the meat business, and it’s a lot more than just selling burgers.
We did some calculations. We were selling about 8.4 million burgers a month last year. And we were making $5,000 to $10,000 per burger. So we definitely have room to grow. There are many more details that we’re excited to reveal in the coming months.
We also added a more detailed breakdown of the business plan. It is not something you can just slap on a page and go. It took a lot of thought before we included the details on the meat business plan. We are still trying to figure out how to make this page more useful, but it is definitely there.
The meat business plan was actually created by a guy who is not a meat-shopper. He also created a web site www.meatbusinessplan.com, which has a similar business plan. But it is still missing a lot of detail on how the meat business plan will be successful.
So, the meat business plan is not just meat-shopper’s idea, it is a business plan. And, in our opinion, it is one of the best business plans we have seen. There are very few companies that have a business plan as good as ours. As for how we plan to make it work, that’s for us to figure out when we get to the meat shop.
So, a meat shop? Like we said, thats not really needed, and the meat shop is a nice idea. But meat-shop business plan? Well, we can’t really tell you that. But we would like to see that and we hope you do too.

Meat shops aren’t overkill. They are an excellent way to generate a little revenue for a small business. There are lots of meat shop companies to choose from. And as long as you’re offering an attractive price and quality, you’ll usually make a good deal.
