The best way to learn martial arts is to study the videos and books. If you want to learn a different form of martial arts but don’t have the time, you should look into the different martial arts schools.
The reason why you shouldnt practice martial arts is because as long as you dont give a fuck about your health, you can always train at home. Also, if you have to be in a gym to do it, you might as well pay someone else to help you.
