At Lumatek we have been in business for over 15 years. We’ve built up a network of over 250 of the most experienced and innovative designers and contractors in the industry. We currently have over 100 projects under construction, some of them world-renowned, some of them not even in the works yet. Lumatek is a testament to how a company can thrive long after its owner dies.
But Lumatek is no longer in business. In a blog post we announced that we were going to close down. In an effort to reduce our costs, we’ve decided to re-incorporate under a new name, and will be closing down on January 1st. The move is a bold one for us, but its exactly the kind of news you’d expect from a company that’s been growing up.
For the past six months we’ve been working on building a new, more sustainable company. The one we inherited was built on a foundation of growth and innovation, and we’re making sure to keep the same spirit of growth. We’re going to be doing a lot of restructuring including our management team.
We are now a more sustainable company, but the changes we have planned are still huge. There are quite a few of us on this board, and we are all in our early 60s. We dont want to be the old, gray, tired company that has been around for a long time, and the one that is slowly dying out. It’s time for us to move on, and start a new chapter of lumatek.
It is now official: lumatek is out of business. We’ve had an amazing run, and the future is bright. We are so very proud of everything we’ve done, and we would like to thank everyone who has supported us through years of great success.
Last night we had the good luck to win the battle of the day. We lost the fight in a few seconds, but we were still in a good mood. We didn’t want to wait too long to win, but it was a great victory. As for the actual fight, we lost a lot of people, but we were still pretty good, and we had a great time.
Yeah, it’s not exactly a victory, but we had a great time. We are still in the process of moving on and restructuring, but we feel weve earned it. We have no plans to stop working, but we are very thankful for the support we’ve received from all the people that have come to our site.
We have to pay our bills, and that means we need to get moving on the plan. So, that means working on our new website. We are also working on our social media pages. Hopefully, this will all help out in the long run.
A lot of people have come to our site because we are on the right path, but the process is still rather grueling. The first thing we want to do is get our website up and running. We have a few tweaks to make and some work to do, but its mostly the same old same old. We will continue to stay afloat and continue to try to provide the most useful information for our readers.
