lizzy and erin is a collaboration between myself and our friend, Erin. It is a collection of 3 of our favorite things, plus our own little personal projects. Our favorite things will include; the lizzy and erin books, our handmade jewelry, and of course, our own DIY projects.
The lizzy and erin books are filled with my favorite things: the little things that make our lives the best they can be. The books are full of ideas and inspirations that I want to share with the rest of you. I think you will find them really helpful to get a handle on your own art and design in general.
I also want to share some of my personal projects with you. I’ve been really inspired by the DIY jewelry I’ve been making over the last couple of years. It’s easy, fun, and full of ideas and inspiration.
These are the kind of projects that make me feel like I can do anything. Some of them are even better than others. I want to put them on my blog page and give you guys a glimpse of what Ive been up to. You can also check out the projects Ive been making and the books Ive been writing.
There are a lot of things you can do with jewelry that you just can’t do with art. Art doesn’t need to be expensive, it can be cheap, and it can be beautiful. I just happen to think that jewelry is a great medium for DIY projects. They’re inexpensive, easy to make, make great gifts, and are very customizable.
While I like to think of myself as an artist, my true creative identity is something else entirely. I actually think it is possible to have a career as a jewelry designer, but I would never have the courage to pursue it if I couldn’t sell my art or be the inspiration for another person. I feel like jewelry is a great way to practice what I preach.
You know how some people say that you shouldn’t make a decision based on what they think you should do? Well, well, well. I think that the same theory applies to jewelry. Its true that the “right” way to wear something is subjective. But the more you try to mold it to your own tastes the more it tends to get warped and distorted to fit you.
Well, we all know that our jewelry doesn’t necessarily need to fit us. We often think, “Oh look, I just wear this bracelet in the store and it fits perfectly.” Well, no. In fact, I’m sure that most of us have a few that are way too small, one that’s way too big, and one that’s way too long.
To make sure we’re getting a full picture here, the designer lizzy and Erin have created a number of items that seem to be more like jewelry. The ones that are the closest to it, like our ring, are actually very wearable. They are definitely worth a look.
Like this little round pin that looks like a tiny little watch, but is actually a tiny little pin. The pin is actually made of plastic. All you need to do is slide it on your wrist, and its actually a very comfortable thing to wear.
