The Las Vegas Arts District has been on my bucket-list for years, and I finally took my time and decided to actually get out there and see it in person. With the Las Vegas Arts District, you get a walk-through of the entire district, and you can get your bearings before heading down to the main street or city center.
The Las Vegas Arts District is a great place to get lost, to find the streets that feel similar to street art and different from the generic storefronts you see everywhere. I’ve been doing this for years and you can actually walk through the entire district and not find a single thing that you didn’t already know. I mean, you can walk in the neighborhood and not walk out. It’s a weird, underground city.
I think this is one of the best things about this video. It’s like seeing the city in its entirety, not just a series of shots of the street. It gives you a better idea of what streets to avoid, what places to look to see if you can get your bearings, and how to navigate the city.
The city is in the shape of a cube, and the video shows you the different streets that line it. There are also some nice aerial views of the street. I hope they include the map of the city in the full release.

It’s especially cool seeing the various art galleries and art spaces, how many of them are actually functioning and being used by locals. The diversity in both the arts district and the arts scene is really nice. It’s not one thing that everyone in the world has in common, but it’s definitely a small world where everyone is welcome.
