I am a firm believer that when you’re just minding your business, you can have a lot of control over it. Most of the time, you do not have to be afraid of self-awareness.
It is true that the best way to have a lot of control over your life is to be a bit afraid of being self-aware, but just knowing that you are afraid of self-awareness is a much better way to control it than actually being afraid of it.
In the case of Mindfulness, fear is an extremely useful tool in the case of Self-Awareness. There are some people who experience fear and do not mind it. However, a more common problem is the tendency to fear the unknown. People who fear the unknown are often afraid of changes and fear of change. They are afraid to be different because that would mean that they don’t need to like the things that they like.
We all have that fear of the unknown. It’s part of our human nature to want to change, and it’s part of our human nature to fear change. We fear the unknown because it’s a scary place. When we have a fear of something we have to work really hard to find the right reason why not to do it. When I was younger I was afraid of heights.
As we age, we develop more and more of a fear of the unknown. Our minds begin to filter out the unknowns and focus instead on what we already know. There is a lot of truth to this, but there is also a lot of truth to the idea that we can be afraid of the unknown because a lot of things are unknown.
There’s one thing we know that scares us: death. But we don’t know how to deal with that. The only way to deal with death is to become comfortable with it. That means learning how to deal with the unknown. The most important thing is not to get scared. You need to learn how to “not” fear it.
Fear is part of being human. We are afraid of what we dont know, afraid of what we dont know how to do, afraid of what we dont know how to cope with, afraid of what we dont know is going to happen. To deal with death, we need to learn to be in control of our fears, to learn how to change a situation from a fearful to a not-fearful.
The thing is that death is something we all experience sometimes, but we can’t really know how to deal with it. That’s why we need to learn how to control it. All death is, is the process of death and dying. There’s nothing to be afraid of in death. It is simply the process of our life ending.
If we’re talking about dealing with the fear of death, then we need to deal with our own fear of death. We can do this by learning to let go of our fears, by learning to take a look at our fears instead of pushing them away. By learning to let go of our fear of death we can begin to cope with it. As death goes, life only goes on. Dying is just the process of life and death itself.
