I have been practicing my josei for about a year now and it has been a life-changing experience. The training at the jon jones martial arts studio has helped me understand that there are three different levels of self-awareness: the level of awareness you have when you have no concept of what you are doing, the level of awareness when you’re aware of your actions, and the level of awareness when you are aware of your actions.
The jon jones studio will let you practice josei for free for two hours a week, so if you want a solid understanding of the self as a whole, you have to take that class.
For the last couple months I have been training at the jon jones studio on a weekly basis. There is no better way to prepare for the day I arrive at work, the day I get home, the day I go to bed, than to practice josei. Now that I am not a professional boxer, I’m often forced to practice in front of a wall of spectators, so I have to learn how to put my mind into a state of concentration.
For the last couple of months I have been practicing josei with a group of friends. For the first two weeks, it was just me and a couple other people. After that, I started to have the time of my life. I am now in a group of guys who have been practicing for months. And if you think that is just the josei classes, you’re wrong.
I love josei, and I have been practicing for about 4 months (although I have been practicing for almost as long). But I have noticed a lot of things about josei that I really like- it is a form of martial arts, and it focuses on the body. The only thing I dont like about josei is the body and the way it is practiced, but I have been practicing for a while now and I feel confident in my own abilities.
My josei teacher is a very experienced practitioner who has come to work with me for over a year now. She has been training me since I was 8 years old, and she has taught me how to move my body more effectively. She has also taught me how to make my movements more efficient and effective, so I am very confident in my josei.
