You know how you can just do it? Like, right now? That’s the best way to describe my internal martial arts practice. I can literally do anything I want and not have to think about it. I’m the type of person who can get in the middle of traffic and take a few pot shots without even thinking about it.
No, I can’t do that. That would be the first thing that comes to my mind. I think it’s because I’m a person who is constantly trying to prove something to myself. If I’m not doing something right, I’m going to do something wrong. It’s like when you go to the gym and you really want to squat, but you don’t have any real squats yet.

As I mentioned in a post two days ago, we are all busy. We are all doing the same things, and it’s a good thing. But I also think its a good thing that we are busy. We are all busy with work, school, friends, family, and hobbies. We are all busy with a lot of other stuff that doesn’t necessarily have to do with fitness.
This is why I believe you should do a lot of your exercise routine outside. If you have a home gym you should use it. If you don’t, you can still perform some exercises at home. I’m not telling you how to do them, but it sure helps if you have a home gym.
