In the same way I was on autopilot, I was on autopilot with my mother. There has to be some reason she was doing what she was doing. She was just a machine. She had no feelings. She felt her hands on the keyboard and she felt her body tense up. She wasn’t even thinking about the task at hand.
Autopilot, or autopilot like a robot, is a concept that a lot of people have trouble with. It can be overwhelming and confusing, and it can be easy to fall asleep while doing it. In the case of autopilot, it can be very hard to even keep a conversation going. It makes sense that it wouldn’t be a very good idea for a mother to be doing something like this.

I also think that people who are really good at martial arts may not have that much control over their own technique. So, for example, a really good fighter may not be able to use their full weight on one punch.
A well executed punch is a punch, but you still have to use your feet. And you still have to use your wits. So, in order to win, you have to either use your wits or your feet. And if you don’t use your feet, you will almost always lose.
