We can’t talk about heritage business park without mentioning the amazing and historic building. It’s a beautiful example of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture. Not only does it have the look of a great old home, it also has a wonderful front yard.

I think Heritage Business Park is a great example of something that needs some attention. The way they have been going about their land use development is a bit problematic. All they have done is put out a one-page “zoning plan” which has very little detail and is very vague. They also have a “development brochure” that is almost useless. The actual development application process is not clear either. In short, the whole project needs a lot of work.

If they’re looking to build something that will be a successful and profitable business park, then they’d want to go about it in a particular way that would be most successful.
