The harrisburg midtown arts center events series has become one of my most favorite events for this summer. From the opening party of the summer through the big family BBQ, the events continue to be as fun as the people are.
The events are held at a beautiful community space in midtown with plenty of free parking and an outdoor patio. I often go to the events and spend all day wandering through the streets of the city, enjoying the sights and sounds of the city and the people. I’m always surprised how quickly I forget where I am, but I’m not complaining. I look forward to the events every year, and I know how much I love them.
At the events, visitors get to see the new paintings, sculptures and other artwork created by the artists from various disciplines at the art center, as well as the artists themselves. Most people get to see all of the works of art created by the faculty, alumni, and staff. The center also has a great collection of art from every continent and every culture.
There is no better way to see the art than from the comfort of your own home. Many of the works are displayed in their original environments. It’s especially nice to see the work of art in their original environments, because it allows visitors to experience them more intimately than they can from the gallery or museum.
There are two different types of exhibits at the harrisburg midtown arts center. The first is the gallery exhibits of the art faculty, staff, and students.
