I have been a full-time employee of this business center since 1994. The business center is one of the most successful businesses in the area. The owner has done a phenomenal job of growing the business to the point where it is now a large business that is growing by leaps and bounds.
The business center is a real estate investment trust, and the owner has a big stake in it. The owner’s name is “Derek”. Of course, Derek and his wife and kids are probably sitting there judging us.
The business center is now owned by a man named Derek. Derek has apparently been spending his free time building up the business. He’s currently in a huge remodel and has moved over to the new building with his family to make sure everything is running smoothly. I don’t know exactly how he’s managed to grow the business, but there’s a lot of money coming in. The main problem is the tax man.
The guy is making money. That makes him a smart businessman. The problem is that he doesn’t pay his taxes. So Derek is a tax evader.
Derek is a bit of a prick. He doesnt like to give people a hard time. He just cant help himself. He does however have a lot of money and he doesnt like to spend it on what he likes to call “things that dont make sense” such as his family. His wife and kids are a bit of a turnoff.
