You can be flexible and change up your training each and every time you want to improve. Many people think that practicing any martial art only requires sticking to the exact same technique for the entire length of the practice.
This is a problem that has plagued martial arts for quite some time. The problem with this is that the same technique can be used several different ways. For example, you might use a single punch a couple of times in a fight, but when you’re in a fight where multiple people are on the offensive, it’s difficult to find just one punch that works for everyone.
