The “gay business man” is a stereotype, but one that is not a bad one. The “gay business man” is a man who has been in the industry for a long time, has had a successful career, and has a long list of accomplishments.
I was recently interviewed by a gay business man from Los Angeles. It was a surprise, but I think I answered all his questions.
When you talk with a business man who has a background in a company, it’s usually on the basis of his background. If you’re in the business, it’s usually on the basis of who he’s working for, so I’ve been asked to talk to him on a case-by-case basis.
I never considered myself gay, but in the past year or so, I have noticed that certain businesses seem to be more gay friendly than others. I also know that many business people in the gay community have a very low tolerance for discrimination. Ive not talked to any gay business men, but if youre in the business, its a good way to have a conversation with some of the people in it.
You may know it as gay businesses. Its a little too vague, so Ive chosen to use the term “gay business men” rather than “business men”. Because the term has a connotation of “being gay,” its a little strange to use it, but its the only term that makes sense for the topic.
When I first started working at a gay bar, I was told I wasn’t a man, and I believed it. At that point I had no idea what a gay bar was, so I didn’t really care. But as I got older and started to work at a bar, I had to learn what a gay bar was, and what it included, and what it was like to work there. And then I started to see the kinds of things that gay people did to each other.
Of course it doesn’t hurt that I’m a gay man myself. It’s a bit more complicated.
Gay bar culture is a little confusing. There are a lot of different types of gay bars, each with their own unique culture and histories. The gay bar world is definitely a bit of a muddle. And, yes, there really is a gay bar called the White Horse, and that’s where I work. But I think it’s time I made it clear that this is not a gay bar. This is a gay bar where gay people can enjoy themselves and meet other gay people.
Its a little confusing, but its actually actually not that complicated. Just about every gay men’s blog I’ve ever found has a gay business man in it. So this is the one. If you want to take a peek at my gay bar life, make sure you come by and say hello.
I’m not sure if this blog was even intended to be read by heterosexuals, but I can assure you that my gay bar life is the easiest thing you’ve ever seen. The gay men that work there are all a bit of a mystery, but they are gay. I’m the only straight guy that works there. So, yeah, I guess this is a gay bar in a straight world.
