The reaction between alkyl halides and alcohol has been used for many years as an efficient, clean, and safe process to convert alcohols to their corresponding aldehydes.
I don’t know if you’ve ever had friedel’s reaction, but it sounds like it can be quite powerful. Basically, you’re gonna make your concoction of choice with some alcohol and then add some of that alcohol to some of your favorite friedel products. I can’t make any guarantees, but the only thing you can be sure of is that your friedel will be at least as good as the cheap stuff from Walmart.
Like most people, I have a pretty strong dislike for friedel products. I do not like the idea of making myself anything and I don’t like the idea of taking my favorite friedel products and turning them into something my kids might see in a grocery store. But I also know I’ll still be able to use my favorite friedel products for my experiments, and that makes me happy.
Well, the reason I ask is because one of the reasons I make friedel is to make a product that I can get from Wal-Mart that I can use my family to make a bunch of money for them. So there’s that.
One of the things that makes friedel so exciting is that its not just a bunch of chemicals that you have to mix together. You can just buy the premixed friedel formula from a food store and you can use it in a variety of things. You can make friedeldry drops, you can make friedeldry powders, you can make friedeldry liquids, you can make friedeldry gels, and so on.
Its also a process that is very easy to master. All you have to do is make some of your pre-mixed friedel formula, add water, and stir it all together. That’s it. It takes about three minutes and you can make any amount you want. So that’s cool.
I’m not too sure about this one. I’ve made a variety of friedeldry liquids, including one that was good enough to get me an invite to the upcoming World Championship, but I’ve never tried making friedeldry drops. That being said, I have tried to make friedeldry drops in the past, and the results were so-so.
I’ve never had any luck with friedeldry drops before, but I’ll definitely give it a shot. Once you’ve made your friedel formula (which can be found in the recipe box under the “Ingredients” section), you just need to put the drop in the blender and stir everything together.
The good news is that you can get the ingredients by using the basic recipe, and as Ive said, the best results come from starting with a basic recipe. The only real problem here is that the first drop is so viscous that it wont dissolve right away. Even when you put it in a dish and stir it together it is hard to get it to completely dissolve. So you might consider adding more of the syrup or even a little bit of water.
I will say, this is one of those recipes you can use this with almost all of your dishes. The problem is you might want to double-check the recipe first. I used to be able to get the basic recipe and get decent results. Now I have to start from scratch.
