i did a painting show for our chicago fire arts center and they all knew who i was and came up and talked to me. they were really nice, really helpful. it was a really fun experience. it was really cool and i would do it again.
The building you have in front of you is a fire-drying tank. It was built in the late 1800s and was the tallest building in the city for decades. It’s so nice and beautiful because it’s old and it has to be beautiful.
