I have been working with self-awareness for a while now, and this is the first time I have ever written about it. I find it so fascinating, and I am so glad that I am in a position to help the people who want to improve their self-awareness in the most effective way possible.
Evolution body arts is a new body of work I am creating to help those of you who have had chronic health issues or are in extreme pain. The goal is to help you feel better, faster, and more pain free. I have been studying myself for many years, and I am constantly finding ways to use my self-awareness to help improve my performance.
