In this video, I discuss the concepts of eastern martial arts, which are the martial art traditions of India and China. I talk about the differences between the ways of fighting, the styles, and the philosophy, and what is the origin of the eastern martial arts.
I find that most people think there are only two forms of martial arts which are, Eastern and Western. Eastern martial arts are the traditions of India and China, while western martial arts are western martial arts. The difference between eastern and western martial arts is the way that the techniques are taught. In eastern martial arts the techniques are taught by simply doing an action but in western martial arts the techniques are taught by understanding the fundamentals of a martial art and then learning the application of the techniques.
In eastern martial arts the techniques are learned by simply doing an action, but in western martial arts the techniques are learned by understanding the fundamentals of a martial art, and then learning the application of the techniques.
Many martial arts, like kung fu, are characterized by being very basic, with little if any advanced techniques. In eastern martial arts you do not have to be skilled to be effective. Rather, you are effective simply by being very basic.
The first martial art that I was introduced to was a Chinese martial art called Wing Chun. This is the type of martial art that I am most familiar with, and I am still very basic. With the basic idea of striking and kicking, it can be very effective in self defense. It is not quite as bad as kung fu, but for western martial arts it is not quite as good as kung fu.
This is one of those martial arts where you make your own rules and follow them to the letter. Wing Chun isn’t really much of a game, but what it is is a series of very simple movements that can be used for self defense. The concept is to use your body weight to strike with your arms and then to strike your opponent with your feet.
Wing Chun is a very simple form of martial arts that requires very little strategy. You don’t have to study all the moves to become proficient. Its just a matter of learning the basics and practicing them. This has been an interesting class because we have all been very impressed with the way the class has changed my approach to self defense.
The way I approach it, I use the concepts of Wing Chun to teach self-defense in a way that is not only effective, but also fun. When I am learning Wing Chun, I am always mindful of the fact that self-defense is not a game. It is a way of life. So if I am going to be teaching a class on self-defense, I need to make sure that everyone is engaged and ready to learn.
Wing Chun teaches the same principles as a martial art, but as a self-defense system. Instead of having a rigid set of rules, Wing Chun teaches a more adaptable approach to self-defense. It’s a system that allows you to adapt to the type of threat that you face. Wing Chun training is about learning to be a fighter. It is a system that teaches that it is okay to be a fighter.
This is the exact opposite of the “let’s practice this and then we’ll fight it off” mindset that too many martial artists seem to embrace. In Wing Chun training you learn to be a fighter, not a victim. You learn to use your mind, and your body, to defend yourself against any type of threat.
