The Downtown Art Collective is a group of local artists who have formed to help support the downtown art scene. They focus on the art work itself, not the gallery or gallery owner. They’re not concerned with profits, which is why they only accept 10% of any art commission. Their main goal is to get art out to the public. Their efforts are to help support local artists and bring community connections to the local art scene.
Their website, www.downtownartcollective.com, is filled with all kinds of helpful, informative, and occasionally even humorous information about the arts scene in the area. For example, they talk about the success of Blackbird Gallery in downtown and the value of the art to the community, even down to how the community has supported the gallery. The Downtown Art Collective is one of the best places to start your new career in creative arts. Their next exhibition is slated for March of 2010.
In our own personal experience at the Downtown Art Collective we’ve had plenty of opportunities to see, hear, and sometimes even be around some of the most inspiring, talented, and talented people in the creative arts. Even more so, we’ve gotten to know a number of these artists over the past few years through the Downtown Art Collective’s Artist of the Month Program.
I have to say, I feel like the Downtown Art Collectives has been more than just some kind of artistic “meeting.” I mean, I know that it is. But I also feel like they’ve been much more than merely a gathering place for artists and art enthusiasts. I mean, even the people behind the scenes who really put this collective together, I feel like they have been their own inspiration in ways.

I think the Downtown Art Collectives has been a really creative space where artists and art enthusiasts have been able to get together and talk about art and ideas.
I think of them as an artistic collaborative. I think of them as a creative community that happens to have one location. But I think it was intentional from the beginning that the two areas should be separate. It was just a matter of creating a space where people can meet and talk about art and ideas all together. This is a group of artists and a group of collectors who meet at the Downtown Art Collectives. They are the ones who have a lot of money to spend and they are the ones who are willing to pay for art and art supplies, and they are the ones who are willing to pay for a little bit of art for the space in our building. I’m not sure that this is necessarily the best way to keep art and art supplies together, but it is worth noting.
The Downtown Art Collectives is part of the downtown art district in downtown Houston. In 2010, the Downtown Art Collectives and Art in the Park formed a partnership to expand the area into a new art district. The Downtown Art Collectives has a lot of space in their space and it is a great space for art and art supplies. It is also a part of the downtown art district, so it can be hard to escape the area.
