I think that there is a lot of room for both in concord business park. Theyre both similar to a lot of the other new business parks that have sprung up in Texas. The only real difference I can see is that they have a larger space. And its more expensive. But it makes up for it in other ways. The main thing I like is the fact that theyre both outside of the city.
It’s not the first new business park in Texas. There are others in Houston, Dallas, and Austin. But the one I like the best is Concord-Myrtle Beach, which is outside of the city.
