The festival gets its name from the fact that it takes place in the city of the same name in central Pennsylvania. The festival will be held from June 21st to July 1st, 2021.
The Festival is very much in the planning stages and the details have not been decided yet. There are no plans for tickets though. The festival will be free to the public, but tickets will get expensive.
The site also says that the tickets for the festival will range from $1700 to $5,000.

If you’ve been to the festival before, you probably know the artists by now. They are a diverse bunch with diverse styles. We expect this to be a very diverse festival, and as that happens I expect there to be a lot of people who don’t know any of the artists. That being said, the artists in this year’s festival have to be some of the most talented in the D.C. area.
