It’s a massive event that includes two days of gallery exhibitions, lectures, and events.
On the day of the PA Arts Fest, the PA Arts Fest happens each year on the same date, July 11th. It’s a beautiful day, but it is also a terrible day to be out and about. Because the PA Arts Fest is located in New Castle PA, the festival is only open to the general public. When you walk up to the entrance hall, youll find a massive stage where a band plays for an hour or so.
