It’s been over a year since telecom Inc. has been in production, but you are probably already familiar with the company’s product. Back in March, we had a great interview with the folks at the company about their work in the field, and their plans for the future. A few months ago, the folks at telecom announced their plans to sell their company to Verizon, a company that was making a lot of strides in the internet business. As this is now an open market, the question is whether the new company will still focus on the telecoms line of business or whether more innovation in the internet space is next. We’ll have to wait and see.
Telecoms, in particular, has a lot of new ideas and is always looking to make its business more appealing to customers. But it’s also one of the largest providers of mobile broadband, and they have very little competition. It’s all about the new ideas.
Telecoms is certainly one of the more innovative companies in the internet world. But do they need to be? As we’ve seen, there are people who are now doing all sorts of things and are creating lots of new industries. This is not to say that telecoms is going to become a giant like the internet and become the world leader in the next few years. But that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t look at new ways to make their business more appealing to customers.
The problem is that when you have a new business idea you have to make sure it doesn’t turn out to be a fake. I have a friend who had a company called Telecom that was doing all sorts of things that were fake, but the only reason he wanted to do it was to get them to sign up for a new service.
Telecom is a new company founded by a small bunch of people with new ideas, that never had a clue about what they were working on. However, it looks like Telecom is going in the right direction as far as customer service goes. They just need to figure out how to keep the fake stuff to a minimum and make sure that they don’t make the customers mad about it.
Telecom is doing a great job about it, but we know what happens when you use the wrong words. That is, youll get fired.
