I’ve had a lot of glass break at my house in the last two weeks. I’ve never seen a broken glass so large. I’m not sure how I did it. Probably from the amount of water I have been pouring on my glass. I’ve been trying to clean it off the windows and countertops, but I’ve been having trouble getting it off.
Well I think I have a solution. This glass is really thick so I plan on having a lot of it put in a bucket of water and then washing it off with a sponge. Then I can put it in a big bowl and pour in a bit of soap. Ive been trying to get it to go in an oven, but it seems to be too thick so I’ll just do it this way.
I have no idea how you do that, but it looks like you should just be able to sprinkle it with water and wait for it to melt.
Just like with your home painting project, you might have to experiment a little with how you want to handle the glass. If you want it to just drop in a bowl of water and then pour in a bit of soap, that is a good start. If you want to try something more like a shower, that is a little more work, but it would be worth it just for the fact that you can go ahead and get the glass off the counter.
