The city of Denver is actually building a massive new performing arts center to hold the Denver Symphony Orchestra. It’s basically a super concert hall with seating for over a hundred thousand people. It has a retractable stage too though, so if you can get anywhere near the stage you can see it. A new entrance/exit system will separate the concert hall from the rest of the indoor complex.
This is a $60 million investment in the city that is going to cost $2.5 million dollars to build. The whole thing is going to cost $400 million, and it will be completed in 2013. It’s going to be called the Denver Concert Hall.
