By the time it opens in the fall of 2013, the BLumenthal Arts Center will have two classrooms (one for dance and one for theater), and a dance studio, a theater, a performing arts studio, 2 dance studios, and a theater-dance studio.
We’re also excited to have a performing arts space in the area, and to see the number of Blumenthalites engaging with the arts grow. There is already a theater in the area, and we’re hoping we can add a performing arts space here as well.
The BLumenthal Arts Center is a great initiative. A new art center means a new space and opportunities for people to have more creative, fulfilling, and safe spaces for themselves. I’m excited to see how this develops over time, and to see if the Blumenthal Arts Center can become a thriving arts center.
The Blumenthal Arts Center is one of the many programs that are being developed to help the Blumenthal community, its various schools, and their children learn more about the arts and their connection to the community. The Arts Center is also a great place to find some creative and inspiring artists who can help bring about positive change in the area.
