This is the best martial art I’ve ever tried to learn. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
I am a big person. I have some of the largest hands, the biggest feet, my biggest shoulders, and most of my biggest stomach. This is the best martial art Ive ever tried to learn. I cant recommend it highly enough.
My martial arts instructor was a huge fan of this. She said her favorite thing about it was how it helped her “feel more comfortable” in her own body. I also really like how it’s been proven to increase flexibility, and how it’s easy to learn. The only downside is that it’s a bit hard to balance and requires a ton of reps. But if you’re up for it, you can start at the beginning and work your way up to the next level.
I don’t know why everyone is so adamant about finding the best martial arts for kicking. I’ve always found the best martial arts I’ve ever tried were ones that didn’t feel too much like physical exercises. They were more like exercises in martial arts for mind and soul. I also think that the best martial arts I’ve tried were ones that were more like arts for the mind.
