We’re back in business, and I just had to share this with you. We’re currently at the tail end of 2007. I have many projects that are going well, like the garden and the new web site. The new web site is great and I’m happy with the way it’s going. I’m also very excited about the garden, which is getting lots of attention from the whole of the town.
Were not in business in 2007, and a little bit of a few other things I was doing also. But I’m happy with the way this is going.
In 2007, you did not have a lot of projects going. However, as you’ve mentioned, were in business for a short time. I have had many projects going for me, and were also getting a ton of attention in the community. However, I’m not just talking about the garden and web site, but I also had a few other projects going that were doing well.
You mentioned a couple of other projects that were successful. I should mention that I have an office space next to my own office (not very private) and I have an apartment I am renting out and I am working from my apartment. So I have a few other things going on besides the website, and Im happy with the way things are going.
The site that is doing well for me is the web site. I am still working on it. I started off by putting up a simple home page. I also put more up on the web site. I put up a couple of videos, and also a video that explains a bit about why I chose to focus on the web site.
It’s actually not all that hard to start putting up web pages. Even if you’re just starting out, most of the things you need to do to get a website up are relatively painless. I did just create a new home page, just for fun. There’s a lot of that out there, but if you just want to start making some pages, it’s pretty straightforward.
The best advice I can give here is to start small. Get a website up that doesn’t require much work at all and that you can update in an hour or two. If you want to try to get your website up quickly, its pretty easy too, just make it as simple as possible.
I can’t give you the best advice for getting a website up because I’m an old timer. I had a website up two and a half years ago. What I can do is tell you a few ways that I was able to get a website up quicker.
If you already have a website you are very likely in the wrong place at the wrong time. Get it up ASAP, but be prepared to spend a lot of time troubleshooting if you need help. It will be much easier if you have a backup website, but that is if you have a backup website. Most sites fail if they cant get their site updated in a couple hours.
