It’s been a while since I’ve been to Austin, but I have been meaning to go back for a while. I am glad to know that the performing arts magnet high school is still there. A lot of the students that attend the school go on to attend Austin East, so it is nice to know that there are still students that are interested in performing arts. As for me, I have been attending Austin East since I was in the third grade.

It is a shame that Austin East students do not have the opportunity to attend Texas A&M University, but it is also a shame they are not attending Austin East. I think that it is important to highlight that there are a lot of artists in Austin that do not see themselves as part of the arts community. This is a great way to make money and has gotten a lot of attention recently because these kids are still figuring out the nuances of creating art. The Austin East art programs have always been very focused on getting people to come to their programs and to come to the art shows. Students may need to do this at a lot of different art schools, but some of the best art schools take it a step further and sell their art for a commission. People come from all over because of its popularity, and it’s really popular with kids.
Austin-East has been doing this since it opened. I believe it was named for the fact that the school was founded in that part of the state. And it has a really unique set of requirements and whatnot. It’s not just a requirement to have a good drawing ability. It’s to be a really good listener, a really good person, and a pretty cool kid. It’s definitely something that can hold students back from doing things that they’re really interested in.
