When we create something with our hands, it can be seen as art even if it’s not. This idea is something that I often talk about in my online workshops. The thought is that, when we create, we become aware of what we are doing and the impact that it has on the world around us. This can be seen as a form of self-awareness and a way to create a connection with our environment.
It’s true that hands involved in creating something can also be seen as art. The difference is that, when we create with our hands, we give something physical to our environment (and ourselves) in a way that is unique and meaningful to us. In other words, we are a part of that “creative” thing that we are creating. We can even see this as a form of self-awareness and a way to create a connection with our environment.
A lot of people think of “hand” as one of those odd things that’s only associated with artists. However, the fact is that people with fine art skills, as well as the many people working in graphic design, call their creations “handwork.” This is because the act of creating something with our hands, our bodies, and our minds can be seen as art. And, unlike with traditional works of art, we can also share the beauty of our creations with others.
When we view an image on the screen, we can see that it is created by the artist, and that we can see the image of our hands creating it. As long as it is hand-made, or created with our hands, we can then choose to use it to make a connection with our environment. We can hang it in our home, have it in our office, or put a picture of our hands creating it in our phone.
Artists are not the only ones who feel compelled to share their work. Anyone who has been a parent knows that the first thing we do when we get home from work is to check the phone, and, as soon as we do, there are hundreds or perhaps thousands of messages waiting for us. If we really want to connect with our kids, we can send a message, and our son or daughter will be there for us to read it.
While it is great to share our work with friends and family, it is even more important to share it. We spend an enormous amount of time in our homes making things, and there are many items we are unable to share with family and friends. We also tend to be hesitant to share certain types of things with our children, like our love of coffee. When we are able to share our creations with our children, we are happier.
We’re not saying that you have to share every piece of your home with your children, but if you can’t take them with you to the craft store or garage sale, you might want to reconsider. There’s so much room for creativity in a household. In fact, many of our favorite places for sharing our creative endeavors are our closets.
We have a closet full of our handmade arts and crafts projects. All of them are things we like to do in our home and have been doing for years. Its a very personal space for our family, and we love all of the different types of art and crafts that we have started to create. We love our craft room because it is not only a place to display our art, but a place we can all come together and do more craft projects together.
My husband and I have been doing this for over ten years, and it has never left. I was working in an office and one of our craftsmen was going to be leaving. So he asked me, if we were going to miss him, where are we going to put his stuff. I was like, well, he’s going to be taking it all with him. I knew we would be taking his work with us.
I knew it was going to be difficult to find room for his studio. The space was too small to put his entire studio. So instead, we just put his old sketchbook into the craft room and I filled the space with our stuff.
