That sort of nuance is why a firm is called a “firm.” If it’s based in a firm, it’s based in the same way it’s based in the psychology of making a movie. A firm is like an actor: You need someone who can act, but you also need to have a personality.
So if you’re going to run a business, you need a personality. And that personality shouldn’t be a big ego, just a bit more refined than the usual personality you have now. It should be someone who’s not afraid to admit to a less than perfect side of himself. It shouldn’t be someone who’s constantly bragging about his accomplishments. It should just be someone who’s open to changing his attitude towards his past and his present.
People who run businesses have a natural tendency to be too ambitious, too competitive, too focused on getting things done, too busy, too focused on their own agenda, and they generally feel that they’re not good with change. A good businessperson is someone who can adapt to the changing times and still be a good representative of their company, even if he is a little different from the norm.
At its core, a good businessperson is someone who can take the time to read a lot and get a grasp on how to make their business work for them. The more information you can get the better. A good businessperson is someone who has a lot of empathy for their customers, so you don’t have to be as competitive as you would be in a competitive marketplace.
When you think of a good businessperson, you think of someone who can get along with the people they serve and is able to adapt to the times. A good businessperson can be flexible. They can be flexible when they need to be, and when they dont. A good businessperson wants to be a part of the solutions to problems. They want to be part of the solutions. A good businessperson wants to be a part of the solution.
